Thank you for your interest in Arizona State University's Corporate and Business Law Journal. We are not currently accepting submissions but intend to re-open submissions in the near future.

For Authors

Submissions Accepted:
The Arizona State University Corporate and Business Law Journal welcomes all submissions related to corporate and business law topics. The journal only accepts submissions through the Scholastica manuscript process. Submissions are welcomed from professors, judges, practicing attorneys, and students; however, an author’s experience is a factor in our selection process.

Formatting:
The journal currently seeks articles 6,000–12,000 words in length. The text and format of submitted articles should conform to the Bluebook.

Timeline:
We are currently accepting submissions for Issue 1 of Volume 7 on a rolling basis. We anticipate concluding the selection process for Issue 1 in July 2025.
